About us

Futnet was born from a simple observation: in youth football, talent is there, but it doesn't always emerge.

Our story
Futnet was born from a simple observation: talent is there in youth soccer, but it doesn’t always emerge. It often doesn’t reach the right people at the right time.
We see it every weekend, on the fields in the suburbs and the countryside, in the sports centers of big cities and small towns alike. Thousands of kids training, playing, putting in effort, sacrifice, years of hard work. And almost always, no one is actually watching them.
We built Futnet to intervene precisely there: a space where what happens on the pitch can be seen, analyzed, and brought to the attention of clubs. A platform that combines professional evaluation and real visibility, making the process more direct and clearer.
There’s a clear idea behind Futnet: to offer young players a serious tool, based on technical criteria and the expert guidance of experienced scouts. And to offer it to anyone who plays, because talent doesn’t ask permission to be born in the right place.
At the same time, Futnet is also a space for clubs: an environment where they can observe new profiles, access structured evaluations, and identify players more effectively. Not an alternative to the football system, but a bridge that supports those who build it every day.
We know that behind every young footballer there’s almost always someone else—a parent, a coach, a family—who wonders if anyone is really watching. Futnet was created to give all of them a concrete answer. The journey remains personal, but it can start with more equal conditions, where what you do on the pitch is seen and recognized for what it’s worth.
The clubs we work with
Every boy who starts playing soccer has a specific image in his mind. The stadiums, the jerseys, the professional clubs. A goal that emerges early and accompanies every training session, every match.
On the other side of the platform are those very clubs. Serie A, B, and C clubs work every day to identify new talent, evaluate them, and integrate them into their development programs.
This gap is often difficult to bridge. It’s not enough to play well, you need to be seen at the right time and in the right context.
This is also why Futnet was created: to make your game available to clubs, creating a direct link between the pitch and the scouts.
A concrete opportunity to enter a real context, where talent can be recognized for what it is worth.

Our values
Merit at the center
In football, too often, opportunities follow unpredictable paths. Futnet was created to bring back what really matters: what you demonstrate on the pitch.
Professional method
The evaluations follow clear technical criteria and a structured methodology. Each analysis is based on defined parameters and a rigorous approach, offering an in-depth and reliable assessment of the player.

Giving visibility to talent

Talent exists, but it’s not always seen. Making the game accessible to those who seek it is the first step to turning it into opportunity.

Real expertise

Evaluations are only valid if performed by those who know football intimately. That’s why they’re entrusted to professionals with real experience.

Direct access

Reducing the distance between players and clubs means creating clearer conditions. Fewer handoffs, more direct contact with those who can observe and make decisions.

Transparency

An evaluation is only valuable if it’s thoroughly clear. That’s why reports tell you what you see on the field—strengths, areas for growth, actual level of play—and don’t promise what no one can guarantee.
